The Venetian Clay is a special decorative wall paint for indoor application. It is quite simple to use. The white particles it contains give the painted wall the original and attractive “scrubbed off” appearance. The base colour is white, however, pigments can be used at will. The product comes in range of other products of the Primacol Decorative system.

Description
Instructions for use: Apply the product in temperature range from 10 up to 30oC. Prepare the substrate properly prior to application of the product. The wall should be firm, dry and cleaned from glue, dirt or grease. Any wall defects should be repaired using wall putty. Prime the wall once or twice, if necessary. The Venetian Clay is white; use the selected Colourant pigment to give it a desired colour. Add the Primacol Colourant to the Venetian Clay and mix it gently manually. DO NOT MIX WITH MECHANICAL TOOLS as the paint structure may be damaged. Apply the Venetian Clay on dry wall in two crosswise directions. Work carefully in order not to damage the white particles in the paint. Wait a few minutes and then, even out and smooth the surface with a plastic putty knife. For best results, divide your working area into smaller portions of a size of about 2 sq.m. Proceed to the next portion after completing the previous one. After finishing the first layer over the whole area proceed to apply next layer. The Primacol Satin or Protective Primer or can be used on fully dried wall to give it a better resistance.
Note: The final result of the application of a product of the Primacol Decorative System may be influenced by multiple factors, including the skill and experience of the decorator. Therefore, make a test elsewhere prior to proper application to make sure the result meets your expectations.
Storage: Keep the product tightly closed in the original packing in temperature range of 5 – 30oC. Protect from freezing. Use the product within two days after opening the container.
Shelf life: 2 years from production date on the label or on the packing.
